Programmes for Conferences & Incentive Tours:-
Welcome at the Airport:-

Once you come out of the immigration / customs you will be greeted by a welcome banner with the sponsoring company’s logo & welcome message.

A representative of the company will greet each member with a cheerful smile.

A live band consisting of at least 30 musicians lining up on both sides playing drums, trumpets, and other instruments, from arrival gate up to the motor coaches.

A photographer \ Video Camera recorder will be covering your arrival till the check in is over at the hotel. We can also arrange the video cameramen to accompany you on your entire itinerary and record everything on a cassette for viewing pleasure after returning home.

Welcome at the Hotel:-
On your arrival again greeted by a welcome banner with the sponsoring company’s logo & welcome message etc. at the main entrance, in the lobby & behind the hospitality desk.

An auspicious and ceremonial welcome at the hotel with shehnai (Indian Musical instrument) music in the background. Guest is greeted in the lobby of the hotel with a ritual called “Aarti” and each group member is garlanded.

A round of welcome drink will be served on arrival while keys are being distributed. Each member of the Incentive will be handed over a welcome brochure which again will have the company logo on it. Apart from the itinerary and tourist map of the India, it will also contain stationery which will be monogrammed with the name of the tour printed along with matching envelopes.

A gala fancy dress dinner party aboard Australian built yachts off the coast of Bombay on the Arabian Sea can also be arranged. The crew is experienced and all safety regulations as per international standards are followed.

VILLAGE THEME:-
An Indian village scene is created in the gardens of the hotel. Typical village huts are set up for creating the rural environment. Entertainment is provided by jugglers, dancing bear, monkeys, a snake charmer, a puppeteer, a lady applying henna on the hands of ladies, music, dances and even an elephant to welcome the guests.

MUGHAL EVENING:-
You will be taken to an era of the Mughal emperors when you are transported back through time. A Meena Bazaar will be specially created with small stalls of craftsmen working and displaying their skills in pottery, silk painting, selling glass bangles. You will witness a puppet show & traditional court dance will be performed while you recline on low diwans with cushions. A specially planned meal consisting of Mughalai dishes will be served, with tandoor, Indian oven. Special Indian dress will be provided for this occasion.

POOLSIDE DINNER & COCKTAILS:-
A grand buffet dinner can be organized at the poolside with candles and roses on the dinner tables with the entire area including the trees and bushes illuminated by the strung lightings. A live band can also be in attendance if requested. The menu could range from Indian, bar-be-que, Chinese to continental.

VISIT TO AN INDIAN HOME:-
Welcome dinner in an Indian Home – Whereby you also interact with other Indians of different religions and cultures. This can also be done as a Farewell Dinner.

(1) HOTEL TAJ MAHAL MUGHAL THEME: Chobdars (Durban’s) usher the guests to the Daawat-Khana where hostesses clad in ‘ghararas chunnis’ welcome the guest with flowers and attar in traditional style. A Kathak dance performance precedes a lavish spread of Mughal delicacies served in royal style.

PUNJAB THEME: The vigour and vitality of India come alive with guests welcomed by pretty belles in salwar kameez and escorted to manjis & muddhas where they sit and savour Punjabi food to the accompaniment of entertainment by tappas, bolion, Bhangra, jugni &giddha dancers.

CHOWK THEME: A ‘Bazaar Chowk’ with its colorful attractions is recreated with food cooked before the guests and served. The spread includes a variety of kadai and Tawa Khana, a mithai shop with hot and fresh jalebis being made. A paan shop to sell bidi and paan. A Tehlawala selling fruits. A ‘Mehendiwala’ and bangle sellers add to the Colour.

(2) HOTEL TAJ PALACE MELA THEME : A rustic Indian fair with entertainers from Rajasthan, acrobats, jugglers, sword swallowers, levitators, puppeteers and balladeers, in a village setting with thatched huts. Service by stewards in colorful rustic costumes, followed by folk and fire works.

CHINESE GARDEN PARTY: A softly-lit setting of pagoda archways and canopies around a dragon centerpiece. Stewards and coolie hats and mandarin smocks serving soup out of a boat, salad out of vegetable carrier baskets and authentic Szechwan and Cantonese food from cooking trolleys, as in a shanghai food mart.

INDIAN DANCE PERFORMANCE: Either Bharatnatyam, Kuchipudi, Odyssey, Kathak, Kath kali or folk dances from different regions of India.

HOTEL MAURYA SHERATON: An utsav, a celebration of India through folk crafts, music and dance from the four corners of this vibrant land. A split level banquet area recreates the Ghats beside the Ganga at Varanasi. Umbrellas embroided in gold thread shelter beautiful craftsmanship and a delicious array of festival food in all variety that Indian offers.

SEAFOOD PARTY:
On the beach of the hotel a special seafood bar-be-que dinner is arranged in an informal setting. There is music for dancing and on chilly evening bonfires are lit. A specially designed “Catamaran” serves as the bar.

GOAN EVENING:
Goa has retained some of the gaiety of the Portuguese. Singing and dancing are a part of their lives. The poolside garden exclusively reserved for the group. A special sea-food bar-be-que dinner is served by the poolside, consisting of fresh fish, shell fish and even langouste, if required.

BOAT CRUISE ON MANDOVI RIVER:
you will embark on a private boat cruise on the river Mandovi and will be taken across to a small island where an exclusive bar-be-que meal is set up by the chefs. You can laze on the beach and enjoy the idyllic seaside setting.

ROYAL WELCOME: In the hey-days of the Maharajas, they welcomed their honoured guests with colorful pageantry. A Royal welcome is accorded to groups on their arrival at the hotel with decorated camels, elephant, horses lined up and ladies in traditional Rajasthani costumes perform the “Aarti” ritual. Costumes resembling those worn by princes & Princesses in days gone by can be rented for the special evenings.

GALA EVENING: On the gardens of a Fairytale Palace, an elaborate buffet is laid out and the group members are entertained with folk music and dances. In the quiet of the night palace is illuminated with fairy lights.

RAJASTHANI VILLAGE EVENING: A typical Rajasthani village is created for this evening. Mud walls gaily painted, with an entrance, is built around the garden of a palace. Food stalls are built, with thatched roofs, where Rajasthani ladies demonstration the cooking can be seen as group members partake of this meal. Continental food is also served.

CAMEL SAFARI: Just outside of Jaipur a camel safari will be arranged. You will go in a caravan through the small villages to a very rewarding experience.

Royal feast on the Ramparts of Mehrangarh Fort: Dine on royal specialties on the ramparts of the 17th century fort, while Rajasthani musicians serenade you.

Flaming Torch Dinner: The massive stone palace serves as a back- drop for a dinner on the palace lawns lit with flaming torches, with live music.

Dawat-e-Khas: Dawat-e-Khas – in the luxurious setting of the Diwan-e-Khas, where the Maharajas gave audience to nobility. The setting is recreated where you can watch the enchanting performance of traditional ‘Nautch Girls’ and dine in the style of a ‘Maharaja’. Hand-picked delicacies from the royal kitchen are served in ‘Silver Thalis’ with liveried butlers to service you.

ROYAL WELCOME AT THE LAKE PALACE:
The group members will be escorted by a procession of camels and horses from the entrance gate to the jetty. Girls in Rajasthani costumes will welcome the guests with Aarti and garlands before they board the motor launch for a few minutes ride to the Lake Palace. A welcome drink will be served upon arrival while the keys are distributed.

WELCOME AT THE SHIKARBADI:
The group is taken by coaches up to the gates of shikarbadi from where a procession is formed and a liveried elephant leads the procession followed by a vintage Rolls Royce car. The group’s top VIP rides in the car, the remaining group members walk a procession of camels to the main entrance where Lancers on horse back form a backdrop and ladies welcome group members with music and folk dances.

GALA EVENING AT THE LILY POND:
A spectacular gala evening at the lily pond which is situated in a large courtyard of the lake Palace, where tables & Chairs are laid out on little is surrounding by tinkling fountains. Entertainment provided for the evening includes live sitar music, a puppet show and a programme of folk dances.

TERRACE LUNCH:
An Indian bar-be-cue lunch arranged on the Mewar Terrace of the Lake Palace, overlooking Lake Pichola. The setting is relaxed and the background sitar music adds to the ambience of the meal.

NEPALESE EVENING: On the evening of your arrival, a specially decorated hall of the hotel is reserved and you’re welcomed by traditionally dressed Nepalese girls applying vermillion marks on your forehead and offering garland. A half-hour performance of Nepalese folk dances and music is followed by dinner served in the traditional Nepalese style by waiters in costume.
